The short answer – Yes, we do! In fact, we have just launched a brand-new course to our eLearning Academy platform. The new online combi boiler training course is suitable for merchants, plumbers and installers and reinforces our commitment to offering continuous learning both in person and online.
Commenting on the new course, Grant trainer Keith Scully said, “Grant is dedicated to designing and manufacturing highly efficient and forward-thinking heating technologies and our training takes onboard the same ethos. Our training portfolio features different courses to help our customers learn about Grant’s diverse range of technologies along with best practice techniques for installation and we have plans to launch more new courses throughout 2023.”

The Grant Onsite Training Academy
Our training facilities are located at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Birr, Co Offaly, and include a dedicated training academy featuring an auditorium and training suite. The onsite training courses focus on the Grant Vortex condensing boiler (combi, external & burner training), the Grant Spira Pell condensing wood pellet boiler, Grant Solar Thermal and the Grant Aerona3 R32 heat pump range. Onsite training run on most weekdays from 9am to 4pm and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
All training courses are led by Grant technical specialists and are available to those working within the plumbing and heating industry including installers, engineers, plumbers, merchants, architects, local authorities and energy / BER assessors. Each course also includes a tour of the Grant factory.
The Grant eLearning Academy
For those who are unable to attend training sessions at our headquarters, digital versions of many of the in-person courses can be accessed at any time via the Grant eLearning Academy. The Grant eLearning Academy was launched in 2020, to provide an online platform for delegates to develop their industry and product knowledge from the comfort of their own homes. This online offering continues to be popular amongst those in the industry and ensures continued professional development is accessible for all.
Grant’s Toolbox Talk YouTube series
Online learning doesn’t stop at the Grant eLearning Academy. Our Grant Engineering YouTube channel is home to more educational videos developed by our technical specialists for the plumber and installer. Grant’s Toolbox Talk YouTube series consists of twelve detailed videos that focus on the range of Grant flue systems. Each video provides advice for plumbers and installers on what to consider when installing each unique flue systems with a Grant Vortex or Euroflame condensing boilers.
Grant Downloadable Product Guides
Plumbing and heating professionals can access our ‘Downloads Centre’ via the our website. On this page there is free access to a wide range of Grant product and service brochures, manuals and information sheets, especially formulated for those who are installing Grant heating technologies.
