In the twelve-month period to June 30th 2022, male employee were paid on average 14% more than their female counterparts. The average rates per hour were €22.09 and €19.36 respectively.

When overtime and shift premium are discounted so as to give a like for like comparison, female employees were paid on average 5.5% more than their male counterparts. The average rates per hour were €19.36 and €18.35 respectively.
