GRANT Scores a Hat-Trick at Top Industry Awards

Grant has scooped three top industry awards at Ireland’s Plumbing & Heating Awards 2017. The awards included Best Marketing Campaign of the Year, Manufacturer’s Representative of the Year – Joe Conroy and Stephen Grant, Founder and Managing Director of Grant won the Overall Achievement Award.

Ireland’s Plumbing & Heating Awards celebrate excellence in the plumbing and heating industry and showcase the very best work that is being carried out by the industry throughout the region.


The panel of judges deemed Joe Conroy the worthy recipient of the Manufacturer’s Representative of the Year Award and commented;
“Joe’s ‘nothing’s a problem’ attitude has made him a popular and successful rep for Grant, as evidenced through strong customer commendations. With strong product knowledge, he actively engages with all levels of the sectors and thinks nothing of going above and beyond for his customers.”


Commenting on Grant’s ‘Think Boilers. Think Grant.’ Marketing campaign the judges said,
“Using a range of marketing tactics and working across a number of platforms, the ‘Think Boilers, Think Grant’ campaign delivers a simple yet highly effective message. The judges praised Grant Engineering for the high levels of customer awareness this campaign has achieved.”


Speaking about Stephen Grant as the stand out winner of the Overall Achievement Award, the judges said;
“Almost 40 years on from founding Grant Engineering, Stephen Grant remains a trailblazer who continues to display the same thirst for industry knowledge and passion for innovation. His company has built an enviable reputation by adapting and developing products that push the industry forward and help to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels. These achievements and his ongoing contribution to the plumbing and heating industry in Ireland are why the judges felt Stephen Grant was the most worthy recipient of the Overall Achievement Award.”
