In August 2022, the Grant Vortex and Euroflame oil fired boiler ranges will be streamlined, with many existing models rationalised to simplify the selection and ordering products and making the process more straightforward overall.

The Grant Vortex condensing oil boiler range currently features sixty-three models across the internal, external, combi and wall hung ranges.  Grant has made the decision to rationalise the boiler models from sixty-three models down to twenty-two - a change which makes it much easier for our customers, installers, and merchants in selecting, installing, and stocking products from our oil boiler range.

For example the Grant Vortex range currently features the Grant Vortex Indoor 46-58kW boiler and the Grant Vortex Indoor 58-70kW boiler – these have been rationalised to the Grant Vortex Indoor 46-70kW, however, the range of heating outputs of the boilers remain the same.

Another example is that of the Grant Euroflame oil boiler range which currently features nine boilers across the utility, module and boiler house ranges. This has been rationalised down to six boilers – two models for each range.

All Grant combi boilers remain the same with no change coming into effect for these boilers, however, the Vortex wall hung and Vortex blue flame range will no longer be manufactured or available from August.

“Rationalising many of our oil-fired boilers follows many discussions with our team and customers,” said Founder, Stephen Grant. “Over the last 42 years we have designed and manufactured award winning products across the oil and renewable heating industry.  We have diversified our ranges over the years to provide our customers with a choice of products, and this has helped us to grow our product portfolio further and add new and exciting heating technologies. However, we recognise that we can still deliver choice in terms of our oil boilers to customers and at the same time reduce the number of boilers we manufacture and supply. The range of oil boilers available from Grant will still consist of 15kW to 70kW with the same reliable and efficient Vortex technology that installers have come to know and trust.”
